Made an appointment online and when I got there at the time of my appointment my name wasn't on the list and i was told they never saw my name so they can't do nothing about it and to make another appointment which would take atleast another 30min. This would be the second time I've made a appointment online and my name hasn't shown on the list when I got there at this sport clips.

I don't normally write reviews nor do I request a stylist ever, but Tamara was absolutely fantastic. Very friendly, kind, professional and extremely precise. Definitely one of the best haircuts I've gotten, and I will absolutely go back and request her.
